Play is more than just fun for children. It’s how they learn, how the world works and where they fit into it.
Playing is one of the most important things you can do with your child. The time you spend playing together gives your child lots of different ways and times to learn.
Play also helps your child:
- build confidence
- feel loved, happy and safe
- develop social skills, language and communication
- learn about caring for others and the environment
- develop physical skills
- Connect and refine pathways in her brain.
Considering the outdoor play, playgrounds are places where children’s play can take off and flourish. Good outdoor playgrounds are large enough and designed in such a way that children’s play can come to full expression, where children can make a mess, run, jump and hide, where they can shout, whistle and explore the natural world.
Apart from that we haven’t actually completely succeeded at this, but we try to teach the kids that everything they own has a “home”. This means that if they’re going to put away a toy, they should know where its home is, and put it there. If they don’t know where the home is, they need to find a home for it, and put it there from now on. Such habits can come from a healthy background and surroundings and now a days, the real estate sector is focusing on the separate kids area that utilizes the negative space and gives them an aura to grow and lean.
Kids are a heart of a home and they should be given separate area to play, learn and grow!
